Freedom Consulting Group will pay 100% of employee and family medical insurance for Blue Choice Open Access HSA. This medical plan is a premium plan and comes with a Health Savings Account. Depending on which plan you choose, FCG will deposit up to $1,356 into the HSA during the plan year. As with all HSA plans, money not spent on medical expenses will roll over to the next year. A traditional plan is offered for an additional employee paid premium. Freedom Consulting Group will contribute to medical insurance for Blue Preferred HSA including a deposit up to $1,356 into the HSA during the plan year. Included in each medical coverage is a prescription drug plans.
Vision coverage is offered through Ameritas. Freedom Consulting Group will pay 50% of the monthly premiums.
Freedom Consulting Group will pay 50% of the preferred dental plan. Our plan also has an orthodontics rider that provides lifetime coverage of $2,000 lifetime maximum for children under the age of 19.
We believe that the employees are the best recruiting force, and we'd rather reward our employees than pay external recruiters. Bonuses are paid during the pay period following the new employee's first day of work. Referral bonuses are only provided for the referral and successful hiring of cleared, billable employees.
New Business Bonus
Bonuses are paid based on an employee's participation in acquiring new business and the gross value of the new business.
Bonuses of up to $2,000 are paid to employees who have successfully achieved an approved technical certification. The amount of the bonus is dependent on the specific certification.
We believe that Freedom's employees should directly share in the successes of the company. For this reason, a discretionary, semi-annual bonus may be paid. Whether this bonus is paid, and the amount of the bonus, is dependent upon business results.
Up to five days of non-billable training is allowed per year. In addition, up to $4,000 per year is allowed for approved training courses, whether for vendor training or for-credit courses. Conferences are also considered as training.
Freedom Consulting Group has a 401K program through Nationwide. Freedom Consulting Group will match employee contributions up to 5% of compensation.
Logo Clothing Allowance
A $150 per year allowance is provided to purchase approved logo wear from Lands' End.
Book/Reference Material Allowance
A $150 per year allowance is provided to purchase approved books and reference material.
Short Term Disability
Short term disability payments of 66.67% of the employee's salary, up to $2,500 per week, is provided to all full time employees.
Long Term Disability
Short term disability coverage changes to long term disability coverage after 90 days. Employees will receive 66.67% of their salary up to $10,000 per month.
Term life insurance equal to 2 times the salary (up to $450,000) is provided to all employees. Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance equal to 2 times the salary (up to $450,000) is provided to all employees.
