BizDev Bonus: How to Get Yours

Our employees know people—people who are a part of other companies and organizations that could benefit from the services provided by Freedom Consulting Group. And we want to recognize those employees who successfully refer new business to FCG by offering an incentive, business development bonuses.

Below is just one example of how, when and where these referrals come to us. By identifying the need, relaying the information and making the introductions, FCG was able to take the lead, securing an opportunity that may have otherwise gone unnoticed. In the words of one of our own:

“While working with a client I was presented with the opportunity to join an interdisciplinary team on an emergency response project that received a lot of attention at the time. This team was represented by many different parts of the organization that normally do not interact with one another.
