Living the FCG Life

With the new year fast approaching, we’re all about reflection this month. We look for ways to improve all year long, but there’s something about the end of the year that lends itself to looking at the big picture. So, we decided to go straight to the source to see what our workforce had to say about what it’s like to work for FCG. While we received some great quotes and comments back, there were three distinct themes that immediately stood out: Culture, transparency, and growth. Take a look.

“One thing I like about working here is the culture,” Alex said. “Everyone here is super driven to do their best work possible, and yet no one minds stopping to chat or going out to grab lunch. Everyone is fun AND focused.”

Andrew agrees. “If I had to describe what it’s like to be a part of the ‘FCG Family,’ I’d say that it’s great to have a company where people know each other and check up on each other.”

We value our work culture and strive to ensure our employees enjoy their experiences with us – but that wouldn’t be possible without transparency. That’s why it’s so important to us that we communicate with FCGers and, more importantly, let them know that they are heard when they communicate with us.

“One thing I really like about working here is that I know the owners and they know me,” Julie said.

Transparency has been a core value from the start, and we’re determined to hold on to it no matter our size.

“Even though FCG has considerably grown over the years, it still has a small company feel,” Andrew said. “I can reach out to any of the partners and still have a one-on-one conversation”

Another topic we’re completely transparent about? That we value our people and want them to succeed.

“FCG is dedicated to ensuring their employees are at the top of their game by offering opportunities to continue learning new skills and developing professionally,” Chad said.

“I’ve learned so much, and really quickly too!” Alex agreed. “Whether it’s from being tossed right into the deep end of a project and having to learn to swim, or just chatting up someone and listening to their experiences and their knowledge.”

From our everyday culture to our investment in our people, we think FCG is a pretty awesome place to work – and our FCGers agree. Want to hop on the next flight to the Freedom Youniverse? Check out our open positions. All board.
