With the month of February comes Valentine’s Day, which means love is in the air. We feel the love every single day at FCG and wanted to hear from our workforce about what makes working here so special. So we posed the question, “Why do you love working at FCG?” Here’s what they had to say:

“I love working at FCG because of the culture. The people here are people I’d actually want to hang out with even outside of the work environment,” Joe L. said.

For Linda O, it’s about what we stand for. “I would say it is easy to sell something you believe in. I would have a hard time recruiting if I didn’t believe we truly were a great company,” she said. “FCG has a clear vision and honest leadership. We have a culture of collaboration and open communication. There are opportunities for career growth, and our work positively impacts the country and supports an important mission. All in all, because of this company culture, our employees are happy to work here and so am I.”

And Patrick G? “I love working for FCG because I feel like my work is valued!”

“I love working for FCG because the partners are so open and willing to listen to their employees,” Wendy T. added.

As for Jon S: “Well, let’s see…Freedom has paid for me to go to both San Francisco AND Las Vegas to pursue technological interests,” he said. “That’s probably the biggest reason so far. I can identify promising technologies in the computer science field, and Freedom lets me pursue those and learn more about them. Also, I do really appreciate that my project manager is privy to this notion, and is actively making an effort to put me in the kinds of environments that are built upon these new technologies.”
