Program Manager

Freedom Technology Solutions Group is seeking a Program Manager to join our team. The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for staffing and work-hour utilization to ensure all Government requirements are met within schedule and budget.  The PM oversees subordinate technical and administrative leads and is responsible for long-range planning for all aspects of program performance. The PM will develop resource estimates; a resource loaded schedule and track progress via charting team productivity and burn-down charts. The PM will coordinate meetings as needed to ensure timely understanding of progress. The PM is responsible for project scoping and resource estimation; managing and tracking progress; planning, re-planning and adjusting project course based on both realities of team productivity and potential changes in customer needs over the course of the project.

Required Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a Poly
• Bachelor's or Master's degree and 10 years of experience overseeing, planning, and managing all programmatic functions, disciplines, and deliverables for a major Government program/contract
• Experience in managing resources, staffing, and costs supporting a government contract
• Experience scoping level-of-effort for tasks, and providing accurate cost and resource estimates
• Experience building and administering successful staffing plans for diverse customer requirements
• Experience developing and delivering contract deliverables
• Possess Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
