On March 8th, International Women’s Day, FCG took time to give special recognition to the women that help to power our company daily.
FCG held “Freedom to Be Empowered, A Celebration of Our Women,” an exclusive event to show special recognition to our women on staff and to say thank you.
The tech industry as a whole has been working towards increasing the ranks of women in the field and FCG wanted to be able to provide a space for our employees to discuss the problems faced by women in our industry and their own stories and experiences.
Diversity in our staff is a core building block to our amazing team as a whole. We value our employees based on their ideas, and the work they do, and we encourage development across the board.
