FCG is mobilizing for the year and getting to work on making our company the best for its employees. If you’ve missed it, here’s a few things that we are working on now:

 

Employee Lounge Improvements 

We’re adding in more cool items to make the lounge an area you want to spend some quality gaming, learning, or relax time in. Stay tuned for more updates on what is being added, but here’s one of the new items we have as of now (on another note, the pinball high score competition is tough already)!

 

 

New Events

Keeping our employees entertained with exciting and fun events is one of our favorite pastimes, check out our events page to see what we have planned for this spring.

 

Improved Review Process

We asked FCGers the tough questions about how we can improve our processes such as our annual review and we listened. Our new system that will launch this April will maximize our communications and feedback cycle between management and employees while streamlining the process through moving to a digital home (no more paper forms!).

 

Tech Talks at HQ

Training session are in the works, we’re working on putting together a schedule of interesting and informative FCG Tech Talks for the year. We’ll be sending out information soon about all the details, be sure to stop in for free training at HQ in the future!

 

These are just a few items on our long list of to-dos for this year, and we are always looking for solutions that really make a difference for our people. FCG is working to create the best environment for our employees, so keep an eye out for all of the new and exciting things going on in 2020!
