Freedom Technology Solutions Group is seeking a seasoned Solution & Software Engineer specializing in the ArcGIS Enterprise platform to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in building and supporting an Esri enterprise GIS platform serving thousands of users across multiple mission focused disciplines. Leveraging your expertise, you'll spearhead the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable geospatial services that seamlessly integrate with ArcGIS Enterprise and its associated data stores. Your responsibilities will include: 

•  Guiding the installation, architectural design, configuration, and customization of the ArcGIS Enterprise platform. 
• Taking the lead in technical design and implementation of ArcGIS Enterprise features, ensuring alignment with overarching architecture and mission objectives. 
• Designing and developing high-performance geospatial services with a focus on maximizing ArcGIS Enterprise functionality. 
• Collaborating closely with diverse teams to decipher requirements and transform them into robust, scalable geospatial solutions. 
• Engaging with product managers and stakeholders to elicit requirements and provide technical insights throughout geospatial project lifecycles. 
• Conducting comprehensive code reviews and mentoring team members to uphold code quality standards and adhere to best practices in ArcGIS Enterprise development. 

Required Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Polygraph 
• Fourteen (14) years' experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. 
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.  Four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.  
• Experience with programming/scripting languages such as Microsoft .NET, C++, C, SQL, Java, Python, C#, or Node.JS. 
• Experience with cloud-based development and deployment 
• Experience working with a source version control system, such as Git 
• Solid understanding of database design and optimization for geospatial data. 
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment. 
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. 
• Leadership experience in guiding and mentoring development teams. 

Desired Qualifications 

• Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise – Installation, configuration, customizations 
• Experience working with near real time data feeds/flows
